Payment is due before any data is returned.  Any issues with returned data or hardware must be made within 10 days of receiving data/hardware for any warranty on work performed.


We do NOT store hardware beyond 14 days.  All hardware must be picked up within 14 days of drop-off unless other arrangements are made.  Communication is most important to retain your hardware, so if alternative arrangements are needed, a written notice must be made within the 14-day window.


No guarantee is made of the quality or amount of data recovered.  With data corruption and damaged hard drives, SOME data corruption should be expected. The amount of damage is not determined or controlled by Vulcan Data.  Most of the time, corrupt or damaged files are unusable, and Vulcan Data DOES NOT repair damaged or corrupt files, tables, or databases.
