My name is Don Redman, and I started Vulcan Data in 2005 in response to a general frustration in the community due to small, avoidable issues that were costing folks alot of time, money, and valuable loss of property. My response includes not only addressing the root of the problems our clients are facing, but also providing an awareness of the issues, and the tools needed to avoid these same issues in the future. We use a four-pronged approach -[ 1-assess, 2-address, 3-resolve, 4-educate ] This approach works with most of our clients, but occasionally we have a few folks that are unwilling or unable to change bad habits. We generally refer these tough cases to one of the national chains, which typically have less of a dilemna with continual repair.

There seems to be something magical about the 30-day guarantee. Apparently, not many service companies believe their service will hold for 30-days. Why not? Could it be that they fail to prepare the customer for what they will be exposed to everyday? Could it be that they don't understand how to prevent these issues? Is it possible they do not care?
